Hamba Filltec - innovative, precise and high performance filling and closing equipment for pre-formed cups and bottles

Hans Adalbert Müller established the company 1939 in Wuppertal, Barmen, Germany. The first steps to realize automatic filling and closing were done in 1963 with the design of a rotary filling and closing machine with a capacity of approx. 4.500 cups / hour. The increasing demand required larger capacities and new development. The generation of in-line fillers were designed with special equipment to achieve sterile cup packaging material, in 1971/1972 Hamba Filltec made a further very important and future oriented step into filling and closing of long shelf-life products.

Innovation and High Output

Further innovation was introduced by presentation of filling and closing machines in modular design, which are developed, designed and built in accordance to the needs of the customer. The performance of the cup filling and closing machines designed for pre-formed cups is between 2.400 and 57.600 cups / hour. The machines are designed for the filling of liquid and pasty products. At the end of the 90s Hamba Filltec developed a fully aseptic bottle filling and closing machine, which was presented to the international world of packaging in 1999 during Interpack in Düsseldorf.

New packaging materials PET and HDPE

PET and HDPE packaging is becoming and increasingly efficient material and can now be used without difficulty and reliability for very sensitive products such as dairy products, water, tea and fruit juice. Also in this highly challenged field of applications, Hamba Filltec offers corresponding technical solutions for the fully aseptic filling and closing of PET and HDPE bottles and containers.

In November 2007 Hamba Filltec joined Oystar, The Process and Packaging Group. Hamba Filltec is a worldwide operating company present on all continents in milk and dairy industries, in fat industries, in dessert industries and since 1999 very successful in the beverage branch.
